Operations Manager

Kauri assists the General Manager towards implementing company goals, KPI’s, vision and mission. She ensures that the lab’s workflow is running on time, that no cases are being missed and that all procedures are being followed. Kauri started at A&B as a receptionist, but has since progressed to mentoring the reception team ensuring they follow the daily protocols and keep our customer experience first class. Kauri also investigates software’s that can improve production and efficiency for our administration department.
