Our reception team is the first point of contact at A&B and will go above and beyond to assist clients with all enquiries. Lauren, Paige and Jess pride themselves on building and retaining strong relationships with all our clients and their staff members by ensuring their cases meet the requested finish dates and that all necessary instructions have been provided. Other than general administration duties, Lauren schedules all Crown & Bridge whilst Paige and Jess enter and schedule all Prosthetic cases. They also compile and answer basic case questions regarding reductions and new impressions. They also manage our private couriers and organise case collections and deliveries.
